I just got a call that I have "officially" been accepted into the honors summer program at Cambridge University for THIS summer!!!!!!!!!!!! doesn't that ROCK!!! I will be taking International Business Relations, Shakespeare, and something else...i forgot! but i'll let you know! I will be living on campus...and classes end at noon and then i'm on my own!!! LOOK OUT ENGLAND!!! HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!SHOP SHOP SHOP!!!!!!!PARTY PARTY PARTY!!!!!!!(and study of course) hopefully tying on my new single after summer school for a longer visit and some much needed promotion...we'll see!

well...well...well...I know it's been a while. AND I know I have always posted on a holiday but this year has been a bit busy for me. I was in Nashville for the two weeks before Christmas working on my next album which I am SOOO excited about!! then I get home three days before Christmas and had total family stuff to do...and of course I have my social life to attend to! was thinkin' about you guys for sure! and believe it or not that picture of me that Kevin has...is me..and there is more to come when I complete my new web site! (kev...don't release that bio of me!) and my mom thanks you for the b-day wish! she rocks!

well...I hope this next year brings all of you the best! there is a website with horoscopes that I live by at www.astrologyzone.com check it out! and I start school in a week...back to the grind! school and working at the gym (and getting paid for that now) and working on my album can wear a girl out!!!

Looks like Curb is really trying to get Kaci's name out there with this song.  They put a sticker on the case that highlights Kaci and the song "I Will Learn To Love Again" on the movie soundtrack for The Perfect Man.

Kaci's new song "I Will Learn To Love Again" written by Diane Warren is going to be released on the upcoming soundtrack "A Perfect Man" on June 14, 2005. The Movie will be in theaters on June 17, 2005. "I Will Learn To Love Again" is slated to be the first single release off the soundtrack. 06/01/05: Great news!  The www.kaci.tv site is running again!  Based on the email I received when I emailed a question to the admin of that site yesterday, I get the feeling they didn't know it was down.

Hey you guys!!! it's Kaci! thanks for your support on TXT ME! You guys rock! when I first heard it, i was like....oh, well...you don't want to know! BUT, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to record it...especially with guys like Cutfather & Joe! They ROCK! It is NOTHING like the rock stuff I've been writing and recording...and produced by Rob Cavallo...I don't know what the prob. is with the US label...but if the UK wants to work...i'm ready to work...I miss it! and I can certainly sing pop!!! so there ya go! First week in January....I'll see you guys in the UK!!! and I CAN'T WAIT!!!! Stay tuned...

08/20/03:  Ooops!  The kacifans.com domain was down a few days.  I got a notice about a month ago saying it expires in a month, but I was taking a trip to Toronto, and then Hawaii, so I was going to renew when I got back.  By that time, I forgot about renewing until the site quit working.  Well, some of you found other ways into the site during that time.  I have some backup names just in case - like www.kacifan.com, www.kaci.us, www.kacimusic.com, and a few more. :)

08/05/03: Kaci's May/June/July diary entry: 

My gosh, I can't believe how fast this year is passing by! Went to Japan for a 2 week promotion trip and had a blast! What great people there are in Japan! Then I went to Nashville for 10 days of writing...and finally home! I was home for about 3 weeks, it was wonderful. Visited my family and friends and spent a week at the beach playing on my jet ski! Now i'm in London! promoting my next single "I'm Not Anybody's Girl" things are going great, I love England! and it's sunny...can you believe it! said to be the hottest summer since 1976! that rocks! I'll be here until around the 8th of Aug. Will be doing more writing out here...scheduled with Brian Rawlings next week...can't wait for that! then I'll pass through LA for about 3 days meeting with a couple of casting directors....home for a brief rest...then back to Cali to start recording! I'm really excited to get started on my next album !!! well, gotta run....it's been really fun meeting you guys here in London...thanks for the warm reception! She's completed her promotion for INABG and has had the opportunity to write with several very talented songwriters in the U.K. Kaci now heads to Los Angeles for a couple of days before going home for a brief rest and back to Cali to start recording her new album...check back often for updates!

06/09/03: Looks like the last in stock Kaci's CD +DVD  has been purchased, but you can still order it until Amazon gets more in.  One warning though, it says it's a Region 2 dvd, so most US dvd players probably can't view it.  But it should be ok on a computer dvd player.

06/09/03: The big news lately has been Kaci's DVD!  If you want to buy the DVD, here is a link to it on the United States Amazon.  I believe they will ship to any country.  I couldn't find it on the U.K. Amazon, but you can also find it on Japanese sites, if I'm not mistaken.  For the U.S. people, the cost is currently $36.49.  When you order, just select the free shipping method (takes about a week longer to get it).  This is imported from Japan, and contains music, video clips, and picture images.  As of this writing, there is only 1 left on Amazon!  Hurry before someone buys it!  If someone does, I'll update you when more is in stock.  :)

Kaci's DVD

Kaci heads home from LA today for a brief stop before heading to Japan for a couple of weeks. Kaci will be promoting her music as well as a new Japanese Photo Book...of KACI!

Wow! I can't believe i've been here in LA for 3 months! Time has absolutely flown by. I've been really busy with auditions/testing for pilots & film, but my main focus has been on writing. I've had the privilege of meeting and writing with some awesome songwriters/producers...like Jude Cole (Lifehouse), James Michael (Saliva, Meatloaf), Jon Ingoldsby (Madonna), Julian Benetta (Salim), Matthew Gerard (Nick Carter)...and many more! They were all awesome...just too many to list. I'm really looking forward to coming back out here this summer to work on it more. Right now i'm off to Japan. I'll be promoting my album...the same one, they just added a CD of dance mixes...and a photo book that I shot in my home town. Well, talk to ya soon! xoxoKACI

03/09/03: Kaci's "I'm Not Anybodys Girl" will be on the "A View from the Top" movie soundtract.  The soundtract is being released on March 18, 2003, and the movie will come out on March 21, 2003.

"A View from the Top" movie will star Gwyneth Paltrow, Christina Applegate, Mark Ruffalo, Candice Bergen, with Kelly Preston, Rob Lowe, and Mike Myers.  Rated PG-13.

02/11/03:  I haven't had any new Kaci updates lately, so here is something music related for the U.S. visitors to this site.  Some music companies got sued for price fixing, and there is a settlement you can sign up for.  If you bought a CD at a store in 1995-2000, you can sign up for this settlement money on the internet.  Depending on how many people sign up, you will get from $5-$20.  If too many people sign up, and the amount divided up is less than $5 per person, all the money gets donated to a charity or your state, etc.   You must sign up before March 3, 2003.  Tell all your family and friends who may have bought a CD.  Receipts are not needed (most of us never keep those anyway).  By the way, it don't matter whether you bought 1 CD or 100, you get the same amount.

01/15/03:  Don't forget Kaci's kickboxing class this weekend - See below for details.  Also, next weekend Kaci will be heading to Los Angeles for about 4 weeks, working on the new album, and auditioning for TV and film.  "I'm Not Anybodys Girl" is going to be the new single, and will be released to radio stations at the end of this month, so start calling your local radio stations in February to play that song!

01/05/03:  Added some pics from a radio station show July 6, 2002. 07-06-2002

01/01/03:  The quality of the pictures are low because these were scanned from a vcr recording, but here are the pictures from the CapitalOne Bowl halftime show!  The game was a sellout, with Auburn University winning against Penn State.

12/25/02: On December 30th (next Monday), Kaci starts off the CapitalOne Bowl Parade (formerly called the Citrus Bowl Parade).  The Parade starts at Noon.  No word on whether this will be televised nationally.  

                 On January 1, 2003 (next Wednesday) Kaci will sing the National Anthem at 12:58pm Eastern Time and perform "Paradise" at the Halftime show at 2:30pm Eastern Time on ABC at the CapitalOne Bowl.  The football game will be between Auburn and Penn State.  The Stadium holds 65,438 people, and at last count, there was only 3,000 tickets left last Saturday!  Get a blank tape ready to record Kaci, especially if you can't be at the game or the TV at that time! 11/27/02:  Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!  For those who haven't tried it yet, the Kaci forums are now open.  Sign up with a username and password.  Give them time to approve your application, then log in!  Mine got approved by the next day, so give it a chance if you can't get in right away!  Go to www.kaci.tv and click on K-Network (near the top right side of screen), then click on Enter the K-Network forum (middle left side of the screen).  Click on Register Here if you don't have a username and password, and probably the next day, you can log in (not sure how often they approve people).
